XCALLY - Freshdesk integration

XCALLY MOTION provides the integration with Freshdesk to automatically open a ticket for every call depending on the conditions (Queue, Call status or Outbound) set in the trigger.

The ticket will be populated with information about the call and displayed for the agent in the Freshdesk environment.

Your agents, logged both in Freshdesk and in XCALLY Motion, will get the Freshdesk ticket automatically created for each outgoing/incoming call, when the trigger conditions are met.
