The XCA Certification validates your foundational knowledge of XCALLY Motion.
It’s ideal for customer service administrators and ICT/IP telephony or network technicians who want to master the essentials of the platform.

The XCA Certification is delivered entirely online and includes approximately 6.5 to 7 hours of video content. It is available in both English and Italian, with a validity of three years, after which a certification refresh is required. Participants have two attempts to pass the exam.
