XCA Certified Associate
Training and certification

XCA training and certification is designed for Customer Care administrators, ICT engineers, IP telephony and IP network engineers who want to approach the XCALLY setup overview and fundamentals.

1. Take the Course
The duration of the onsite course is 2 days and the prerequisite is basic ICT knowledge.

2. Improve your skills
The course will provide you the fundamentals of setup, architecture and main modules of the product:


Setup -> OS and environment, Sizing, AWS example, Docker, Network scenarios and requirements

Interface -> Agent, User/Supervisor

Voice Channel -> Staff definition, Queues, Dialplan, Trunks/Inbound, Recordings/Audio, Whisper/Barge-In

Cally Square -> Basics and Examples

Motion Bull -> Basic Campaigns and IVR Callback

Omni-Channel -> Basic setup and main logics


Dashboards -> General, Custom/Widgets

Analytics/Reports -> Metrics, Base reports

Trigger Tools

System Update

License Management

Audit and Log files


3. Earn your XCA Certificate
At the end of the course you get the XCALLY XCA certification if you successfully pass the written exam.
This is a prerequisite for the XCP Training and Certification (see here).
