Contact Management Call Disposal

We improved our Contact Management module (available in the xCALLY Gold and Platinum Plans) with an integrated call disposal. The call disposal lets your agents to assign to every call a value which describes its current state. According to your call center needs, you can create different call status in the Disposition section. If you want, for example, recall your customers to ask them to confirm or revoke their online order, now you can set a result for each call. Contact Management

Through this module you can:
– create and manage the Contact Lists;
– create and manage the Contacts, with the possibility to add Custom fields, in order to save useful information about the customers, according to specific needs;
– enable the Contact Management module only for some Agents, managing the Agents permissions;
