Call back advanced

xCALLY Plus IVR and Dialer plan comes now with the Advanced Callback capability included. Combining the power of the new Drag and Drop Cally Square IVR for Asterisk and the xCALLY predictive automatic outbound module, it is now possibile to invoke the xCALLY Call back scripts during a call flow. A typical application can be an IVR message asking the customer, waiting too long in a queue, if he/she wants to continue or just press a digit to be called back as soon as possibile, or many other call back applications. Likewise, it’s possible to place a call back form on your web site, so to call the xCALLY call back scripts.
