Endless loop

Endless loop

Hi,

I have this situation where the IVR said something like this," stay on the line, and our next available agent will to be with you shortly" meaning my queues have to loop back to the queue right ?

This will cause endless loop right ?

how can make it loop only 3-4 times?

any suggestion ? or got any other ways ?

Hello,

I'd not recommend to make IVR look in this case.
You can define the Queue Announcements and repeating times for those, looking inside the Queue settings (see please Queue section inside xCALLY Shuttle).

See please the attached screenshot: it's an example where we play a message in the queue to the customer every 15 seconds.
