[Cally Square] Xcally - creating a customer survey

Hi all,

i need to design a Cally square with survey function in the design.
Kindly please guide me on this.

Currently the situation is, after customer speaks with the agent, the customer should have directed to the survey option.
And the question would look like this " rate the quality of service provided by our agent
1-bad
5-good "

How can i do that?

FYI, i already created a DB to take the input from the customer.

Hi,

First of all use the following Option in the Queues where you need the call flow to continue after the agent hangup the calls:
c (it stays for "continue in the dialplan if the callee hangs up")

If you use Cally Square, simple write c inside the Option field of the Queue.

After that create a new Cally Square project, let's say it is called Survey1 and:

1.Create the MySQL connection inside the Survey1 workspace:

2.Create a VARIABLE to store the survey result:

(i.e. let's call it RESULT)

3.Design your survey IVR with a MENU box and 5 exits to different DB boxes.

...And store the output result in the RESULT variable

4. In the DB boxes (all the same in this case) just select the DB and perform an UPDATE operation:

i.e.
INSERT INTO table_name (answer) VALUES ({result});

...or if you have 3 columns in the table survey, like answer|agent|caller
INSERT INTO survey (answer,agent,caller) VALUES ({RESULT},'{MEMBERINTERFACE}','{CALLERID(num)}');

5. Go back to your parent IVR and add the subproject Survey1 after the Queue box.
