Hi James,

Yes you can do it.
Please have a look at the attached example screenshots.

1. First of all you need to set JOINEMPTY=no and LEAVEEMPTY=yes inside your Queue (see please the xCALLY Shuttle Queue section)
2. You can use the application GotoIF inside your Cally Square IVR (after your Queue application)
3. You just need to check the asterisk variable {QUEUESTATUS} inside the GotoIF application: see for example our screenshot where we get true if the call exits the queue because of JOINEMPTY or LEAVEEMPTY (no available agents) and false in all other cases.

Please remember the {QUEUESTATUS} variable can get the following values after the call exits a Queue:
TIMEOUT | FULL | JOINEMPTY | LEAVEEMPTY | JOINUNAVAIL | LEAVEUNAVAIL
