Conversational AI – Customer Care applications
Besides Chabot, Conversational AI is now getting its momentum, in order to provide customer care services by using some kind of Artificial Intelligence engine training via Machine Learning algorithms.
Diego will describe what has been done so far by playing with omni channel customer care – VoiceBot and ChatBot – and what we can achieve by using Omni-Channel-Bot applied on email, social media and more channels to come.
New challenges will be tackled: cross channel interactions will be analysed, in order to understand the complexity and opportunities behind the Conversational AI design.
