Furthermore the xCALLUmpp PRO release will notify each agents as soon as a new contact/customer/prospect would like to Chat with you. In order to estabilish the Chat Engagement, the Agent can confirm the Chat PoP-UP appearing on the screen and start Chat with the contact!
